While my journey eventually led me into the world of pastry, this background continues to influence my approach, allowing me to view desserts not just as creations, but as products that contribute to a brand’s identity and growth.Through my work, I collaborate with cafés, cloud kitchens, and emerging food brands to craft distinctive dessert experiences — from curated menus and recipe development to standardization and kitchen structuring.
