Currently engaged as Director of Procurement at Vesuvius India since Aug’25. Past association and experience comprises of being the Head of Global Sourcing for Bulk Commodities, Tata Steel responsible for coordinated and lead buying of process consumables across manufacturing sites in India and UK for over 12 years and Fusion product senior applications developer at Oracle India Hyderabad in the supply chain domain. Enriched with over 15 years corporate experience in the procurement domain, I have been closely associated with the major procurement restructuring and transformation exercise in addition to various initiatives around key themes such as process excellence, scale, synergy, simplification and digitisation driving agility and automation in the processes.I have been fortunate to oversee end-to-end supply chain including vendor due diligence, supplier relationship management, sourcing intelligence, contracting, last mile delivery, planning, quality assurance etc.I am a TBEM gold certified assessor, DATOM silver certified assessor, ISO 9001:2015 certified auditor, Internal Green Belt and Dale Carnegie certified trainer.Prior to making my mark in professional space, I completed my masters in International Business from IIFT New Delhi (2011-13 batch) in addition to an exchange degree from Hanken School of Economics.I completed my bachelor\'s from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur as a gold medalist in Metallurgy and Materials.
