   Design and release VSO (Vehicle Special Option) options for commercial vehicle fleets • Developed driver side only power mirror option for RH side door deleted transit for Amazon fleet, and enabling this feature for MY23 Transit • Investigated engineering feasibility and response to VSO (Vehicle Special Option) inquiries for commercial fleet vehicles • Released new VSO options based on VSO Inquiry responses accepted by fleet customers, obtain funding (if required), and release VSO parts to support VSO orders and support plant build issues • Maintained strong communication with VSO sales, PPM, assembly plant, and purchasing personnel through weekly VSO PAT meetings. Provided fleet product feedback to applicable programs to better meet fleet needs • Supported key events – Pilot builds at assembly plants, Fleet customer spec/pilot reviews, NTEA, Fleet Preview, Pool Account, Upfitter Advisory Board, Measuring Sessions, etc.
