GoPure sells the concept of pure and healthy ice cream. GoPure is a unique brand focused on natural ice creams and sorbets. The brand is constantly under innovations with new & unique flavours. This segment has very few players like Naturals with very limited presence across India. Extremely difficult segment to understand and manufacture natural ice-creams.My major roles & responsibilities include:(a) Developed strategies which helped to double the franchise outlets in 1 year.(b) Identified customer impacting issues, worked out and implemented solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction.(c) Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency of the plant.(d) Developed and implemented training programs to improve the quality of the product and productivity of the team.(e) Helped the company in understanding the process of fruit pulp extraction with proper prevention from any browning, oxidation or microbial spoilages. This helped company to enter the fruit pulp business.(f) Enhanced the supply chain capability to ensure the ice cream reached in perfect condition to outlets in NCR, Jaipur, Kota, Mumbai and Pune from Udaipur.(g) Understands and effectively utilizes resources.(h) Trying to figure out challenges related to supply chain & how to overcome those.
