Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Executive-Recruiter located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The Human Resource Executive-Recruiter will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, conducting recruitments, and ensuring effective HR management. Daily tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing employee records, and coordinating onboarding processes, along with maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
