Throughout my career at Quinnox Inc, I have been contributing to its biggest customer (Waste Management based in Houston, TX) across various Business Area like Recycling, Revenue Management (Pricing), Fleet Operations, Sales and Operations, Customer Relationship Management focusing over the USA and Canada business. As a Product Manager, currently, I am managing centralized Pricing Application development from concept to deployment. In recent past, I was leading the Legacy Pricing Application Support Process from Business Perspective. Over 6+ years of my career span at client, I have delivered many projects end to end leveraging my core competency in Requirement Management, Stakeholder Management with Value-Driven engagement throughout various phases of project life-cycle, followed by Value Realization through successful Roll-outs to End Users. Some of my key success stories and achievement includes- Overall, my biggest achievement at Waste Management is that they have recognized my contribution through various engagement and consistently given my higher responsibilities- Delivering Dashboards to Senior Leadership to provide daily insights in customer\'s Fleet and Maintenance Efficiency - Played Product Owner role in one of the digital transformation initiative at Recycling Facility to digitize and automate their Equipment Inspection Process; The Product is successfully being used at all the Recycling Facilities of the Customer - Playing a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Pricing and playing Product Manager role for Revenue Management team.
