I have spent over two decades with Expeditors International and currently serve as Branch Manager for the Mumbai District, one of the company’s cornerstone branches in the region.Over the years, my focus has been on finding the right balance between business growth, strong customer partnerships, financial discipline, and team development. I place a lot of importance on building appropriate processes that support accountability and efficiency, while keeping customers and people central to how teams operate and make decisions.A significant part of my role involves working closely with customers to understand and support complex supply chain requirements that are critical to their business.In my work, I have been closely involved in:• Putting practices in place that strengthened operational & financial discipline.• Ensuring the branch consistently lives the company’s culture through teamwork, collaboration, and disciplined execution.• Hiring, mentoring, and supporting professionals who now contribute in important roles across the district and region.For me, leadership is about enabling others to succeed, preserving what works well, and aligning district performance with customer expectations while supporting broader regional and global goals.
