ABOUT ASHISH SAXENA

I came from humble beginnings in India and now lead a ~$1B business unit for a global company. I am passionate about transformative journeys and have learned through my 30-year career to lead with my heart and my head. I have also learned that sustainable growth requires trust, teamwork, and belief. My journey started on the shop floor in a large manufacturing company, Hindalco, where I learned early on that trust in your team was essential, especially while managing mission critical operations. From several different leadership roles at TCS, I learned that teamwork is key to scaling a business and developing enduring customer relationships. As a sector head at Wipro, I learned that if we believe in our teams and ourselves, then successful business turnaround and exponential growth is not just possible, but achievable. As part of the executive team at Innova Solutions, I am helping to transform our business. The journey at Innova is all about driving agility with entrepreneurial thinking and growth mindset, and building a high performing team that is willing to go the extra mile to help our customers succeed. I\'m also excited to share these lessons about trust, teamwork, and belief with emerging technology leaders as an advisory board member, writer, speaker, and mentor.
