The Royal Opera House, Mumbai is widely touted as the city\'s Cultural Crown Jewel and India\'s only surviving Opera House. Inaugurated in 1911 by King George V, the design incorporated a blend of European and Indian detailing.Having been extensively restored and reopened in October 2016, Royal Opera House Mumbai is a performance space and cultural venue par excellence. Widely touted as the city\'s Cultural Crown Jewel and India\'s only surviving Opera House, we are one of the last standing Baroque structures in Mumbai today.
