My work has centered on helping organizations modernize legacy environments and establish scalable technology platforms that enable innovation, resilience, and long-term business agility.At The Kraft Heinz Company, I lead global technology engineering initiatives supporting the company’s multi-horizon digital transformation. A key milestone in this journey was leading Horizon 1 of the transformation focused on modernizing the enterprise IT foundation. As part of this effort, I led the business case development and end-to-end transformation of enterprise datacenter workloads to modern cloud platforms in just 28 months. The program combined migration with strategic modernization to reduce technical debt and establish scalable cloud-native capabilities designed for long-term growth and operational resilience.In addition, I also led a large-scale transformation of application and infrastructure managed services, redesigning the operating model from traditional layered support structures to a business-aligned full-stack model that improves service ownership, operational efficiency, and alignment with business capabilities.A major focus of my team’s work is helping product and platform teams build the foundational cloud, data, governance, and operating model capabilities required to move beyond pilots and enable scalable digital solutions including AI/ML, analytics, and modern solutions.Beyond my corporate work, I am the co-author of two books published by Microsoft Press that help architects prepare for Azure certification exams and are widely used by cloud professionals worldwide.I enjoy building high-performing engineering organizations and helping enterprises navigate complex technology transformations at global scale.
