About Ashish Lakra
As a graduate student pursuing an MS in Computer Science at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, I am currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Bloustein School of Rutgers. My research focuses on applying Agentic AI solutions in areas including but not limited to Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Additionally, I\'m working as an AI Developer at Rutgers CAIT, designing and building AI-powered solutions using Vision Language Models (VLMs).Previously, I gained industry experience at Airtel Digital, where I contributed to building and scaling enterprise API platform and management system, and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions for platform integrations. With proven skills in building scalable solutions, Python, NLP, LLMs and AI agents, I am motivated to collaborate on innovative projects that address real-world challenges with impactful solutions.
