I am a Quality Engineering Architect with 20+ years of experience working on enterprise CRM platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Oracle-based systems.In recent years, I have focused on Salesforce Industries and Revenue Cloud implementations, leading end-to-end test strategy and automation for complex CRM programs covering EPC, CPQ, Pricing, Order Management, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Data Cloud, and OmniStudio.My approach goes beyond automation. I work on building scalable quality engineering practices that support business outcomes, especially in subscription lifecycle management, pricing accuracy, order orchestration, and system integrations.I have designed and modernized automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, REST Assured, and CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
