My role is to transform ZIPI into India’s most trusted customized drone company.Key SuccessesIntroduced Swappable Base & Mount System → One drone for multiple industries (events, agriculture, industrial, cinematics).Built a scalable payload upgrade system → from 10kg to 50kg capacity without buying a new drone.Established in-house design, software, and testing pipeline, reducing import dependency.Expanded services into flower-shower drones, agri-tech spraying & seed dropping, building washing, and cinematic FPV shoots.Specific Project (Ongoing)We are currently developing a proprietary remote controller designed for the agriculture industry.Features a multilingual UI (regional languages for farmers).Fully compatible with every agriculture drone, not just ZIPI models.Compact, intuitive, and built for ease of use in rural environments.This project will position ZIPI Drone as a comprehensive ecosystem provider, delivering a complete solution that integrates drone, software, and remote capabilities in one seamless solution.
