An M&A advisory executive and former industrial business owner. With over 20 years of Wall Street and boutique middle-market investment banking experience, Ashish has navigated and executed a full range of complex transactions for public and family-owned businesses across many industry verticals.His experience encompasses a range of transactions types, including buy- and sell-side mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, minority and majority recapitalizations, private/public stock offerings, fairness opinions, litigation support, valuations, and strategic advisory assignments. Having owned, operated, and sold an industrial manufacturing company earlier in his career, Ashish has a first-hand understanding of the challenges business owners face when selling their businesses. He has also worked extensively in other complex buy- and sell-side transactions and is highly regarded as an architect of controlled auction process. Together, these experiences have provided him with deep insights into how to best position and guide business owners through a sale of their business.
