With 10+ years of experience, I’ve led product, GTM, and operations across SaaS and tech businesses. I’ve built and scaled two startups—Intellohire and Infihire—to $500K+ revenue, and earlier led growth at Cogoport post-Series A, contributing to scaling the business to $60M+ ARR. More recently, I’ve been working closely with enterprise teams on AI-led solutions—helping define use cases, shape product workflows, and drive adoption in real-world environments. Earlier in my journey, I also built and scaled a student housing platform (Hostelers) and worked on supply and pricing strategy at OYO, giving me early exposure to marketplace dynamics and on-ground execution.

   Intellohire - an AI-powered recruitment technology platform helping companies automate sourcing, outreach, and candidate management- Loved by 1500+ Recruiters with 200+ min/ day on the platform through workflow redesign, integrations, and customer insights- Built the entire 0→1 product–business strategy for an AI recruitment SaaS, shaping ATS, CRM, and AI automation workflows- Created GTM architecture for India & US, defining ICPs, value props, onboarding flows, and commercial models- Drove cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, ops, and marketing; set up OKRs, dashboards, and review systems- Built operational org structure with 20+ folks and customer delivery models from scratch- Raised $200K+ in funding from Upekkha (India\'s leading AI Accelerator) and the leadership team at Zomato (CTOs), Amazon and PhonePe.
