I am Ashish Dash, currently heading the legal department and cultivating a legally robust structure at Tribe Stays, Pune. Ever since my school days, I have had a strong interest in writing and a natural ability to deliver presentations and make public speeches. This interest consolidated over time, and since then, I have been constantly participating in events across the fraternity to hone my skills. Beyond myself, it\'s about the people I interact with, who help me develop as a person and redefine myself at every stage of my journey.Having worked as a legal intern/trainee at places like Argus Partners, Trilegal Mumbai, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Delhi, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Ahmedabad, CMS Induslaw, Delhi, DSK Legal, and Juris Corp, Delhi, and under the prestigious office of Dr. Justice S. Muralidhar, Hon\'ble Chief Justice, Odisha High Court. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of policymaking, which was an integral part of my three-month-long internship stint at the Firms and the High Courts, respectively. Additionally, I have also been working with Harvard Business Review (HBR) as an Ascend Select Member, which is an exclusive and invite-only community of aspiring leaders, handpicked by HBR Ascend, as a Researcher and Reviewer.The expression of my legal viewpoints is something I am very passionate about, and I like putting my thoughts forth in public forums to be heard by others. In support of this, I have more than two dozen publications to my credit, including various legal OP-ED pieces that have appeared in reputable international forums such as the International Policy Digest, Columbia University, South Asia Journal (Bangladesh), Jurist, and other institutions. In the national arena, I have written pieces in institutional blogs and national dailies like The Hindu, The Times of India, The Daily Guardian, The Hitavada, The Deccan Chronicle, etc. I\'m an extremely self-motivated person who believes that learning is a matter of gathering knowledge, and wisdom refers to applying that knowledge to practicality. Apart from my curricular and co-curricular ventures, I like taking long walks with a mug of coffee and often indulge myself in the game of cricket.
