Hi, I am Ashish Chelani, a Delivery Manager by profession. I am having 10+ years of experience in the software industry.I started my career as a Java Developer, it was a great two and a half years of journey. I discovered a lot about my coding & problem-solving skills. The best part was, the projects I worked on had a lot of databases activities & that made me fall in love with the database.I switched my job and associated with 1Rivet as Java Tech Lead. That’s where life took a paradigm shift. The profile demanded a hell lot out of me. From building a team, to be actively involved in providing a technical solution for the application, communicating with clients, resolving conflicts amongst the team, I tasted it all but it was a roller coaster ride & all it made me was a better professional. Two years later I was given the role of a Project Manager and now it\'s not about handling only the development team, it was about handling the entire team comprising of development, QA & business domain. The challenge got bigger because I was accountable for everything. I learned about the process & people, importantly irrespective of anything getting things done was my biggest takeaway. In total, I have worked on more than 50 projects & handled a diversified set of people.I am helping myself in mastering the art of project management & leadership.I am keeping myself updated with all the technology trends & solutions.
