I love technology and engineering. But even more than those things, I love building up other people so they can get really good at engineering =). I take a lot of pride in watching my engineers grow and take on bigger and more technical problems, become effective leaders, and thoughtfully communicate with the rest of the org. As a hobby, I dabble in functional programming, full stack web development, and recently some hardware stuff. Working with open source technologies and on my fun, experimental, side projects is my favorite way to keep learning and improving.
