My area of research is the the region of undivided Panjab and the history associated with it from eighth century till sixteenth century. Special focus is given for the holistic picture of the region which includes not just Political, but Economic and Socio-cultural aspects.I taught for two years in the Department of History at Panjab University to Master Students in Chandigarh.\"Mediaeval Punjab from c.15••••00,\"\"Eighteenth Century Punjab,\" and \"Arts and Monuments in Mediaeval India\" are the courses I taught.Currently I am a member of British Association of South Asian Studies
