   I am responsible for maintaining and supporting YouGov’s computer and network systems across the APAC region. My role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues as well as setting up and managing computer networks, operating systems, and hardware devices across Windows, Mac, and iOS platforms.I work extensively with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless delivery of IT services across the organization. At YouGov’s Navi Mumbai office, I manage IT infrastructure including the server room, meeting spaces, phone booth, onsite user support, device setups, Asset co-ordination and management, Device compliance, town hall setups for in-house events.In addition, I oversee IT asset management - conducting regular audits, ensuring proper provisioning for new employees, and handling secure data wiping and re-use of returned assets across APAC.I also provide entry-level technical guidance and support across a wide range of enterprise platforms, including Azure, Office 365, Intune, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Jira, Atlassian Suite, and other business-critical applications, ensuring employees have reliable tools and secure systems to perform at their best.Utilizing Jira for ticket management, consistently documenting incidents and requests to maintain a high level of service delivery. Contributing to IT infrastructure maintenance through server monitoring and AV device support, identifying and escalating potential issues to prevent system downtime.
