ABOUT ASHISH VASWANI

Over 11 years into my career, one thing has remained constant — I\'m at my best when I\'m sitting at the intersection of complex technology and the people who depend on it to run their business.My foundation is Salesforce. I spent nearly seven years at Salesforce itself in customer success, which gave me a deep understanding of how enterprise software relationships actually work from the inside — what makes clients succeed, what causes them to struggle, and how the right technical partner can make all the difference. That experience shaped how I think about every engagement since.Today, I lead CRM delivery at Flexsin Technologies, managing a multi-platform practice across Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho, and GoHighLevel. My work spans the full spectrum — from aligning on requirements and guiding solution architecture, to overseeing go-live, managing escalations, and building long-term client relationships at the executive level. I\'ve worked across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, education, and financial services, which means I\'ve learned to adapt quickly and communicate clearly regardless of the domain.What I\'ve come to value most in this work is the accountability that comes with being the person a client calls when something matters. Managing expectations, owning outcomes, and ensuring that what gets built actually gets adopted — that\'s where I\'ve consistently delivered, and where I want to keep growing.I hold a PMP® certification and stay current with where the industry is headed — particularly around AI, Agentforce, and intelligent automation in CRM.
