As a CFO & core member of the strategic leadership team, I am responsible for defining financial strategy & controls, risk management, optimisation of revenue & costs, identifying new business opportunities & value creation for the organisation Regional Head(North)-Healthcare & Education Finance. Managed Northern Region for healthcare finance as regional head from April 16-21. The asset base was over 2500 crore, consisting of diverse clientele across individual doctors, nursing homes, diagnostic centres & large corporate hospitals. The asset base comprised of varied products like unsecured loans, equipment funding, working capital facilities & project fundingVice President – State Head Uttar Pradesh & Uttrakhand- Emerging Corporates Group – Managing the Emerging Corporates Business for the U.P, Uttrakhand & NCR region, leading a team of 8 Relationship Managers.The business involves inter alia driving team performance, relationship managament with corporates, sensing business opportunities and converting them into business. The role involves identification of business opportunities with mid sized & large corpoartes. The asset base of the clients handled by the team is in excess of Rs 1500.00 crore with clients ranging from diverse industries & business segments like education, aviation, hospitality, FMCG, gems & jewellery & steel etc. Designated Credit Approver for the business segment having credit approval delegation. Key Job Responsibilities include:• Responsible for revenue based targets for the customers. Ownership of accounts and business associated with them.• Development of a healthy liability & asset portfolio for the business group.• Ensuring the credit quality of the portfolio at all times. • Cross sell liabilities and other banking products to the customers.• Offer products like cash management services, FX, Trade products etc to the clients.
