Managing challenging and demanding Banking/Financial and Digital projects for Canada’s top 5 Bank (CIBC). Projects focus on the delivery of new digital products and enhancement to both backend and frontend applications. Successful delivery of projects <$5M across multiple lines of business within the Digital Cards Technology. Implementation of various CIBC’s Digital features for Loyalty Business across eBanking and Mobile platforms (IOS and Android), including Loyalty program, Sales promotion and offers, platform upgrade and new mobile releases for the banking App. Responsible for AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) implementation for CIBC’s Analytics and Marketing Business across platforms Manage and oversee the implementation of Cards and digital applications -(frontend (UI/UX, Development, QA) and Backend (information storage and repository – AWS), Contact center services, and technology solutions, ensuring they are implemented smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to help implementation of various credit card offers and benefits (Braze/SFMC) features for the customers. Transform Digital footprint by implementing various new User Interface updates, new Digital capabilities, enhanced features across platforms (desktop and mobile) Ensured timely management of documents: Conduct ESCs, create storyboards active engagement with Senior Leadership, MOMs, Project plan, RACI matrix, action log, risk log, issue resolution, status updates, communication planning and stakeholder management plans Monitored and reported detailed cost/budget breakdown and weekly project health reports to clients including weekly spend and health check based on risks, quality, budget and time
