About Ashish Singh
I have ~13 years of research experience of academic (IIT Kanpur & JNCASR Bangalore) as well as industrial domain (R&D Merck, Bangalore) and gained wide range of expertise comprising of organic synthesis, material synthesis, organo-catalysis etc. I have published >20 research articles in globally renowned journals including JACS, Nature Commun, Chem Sci, JMC-A, Chem Commun, JOC etc. Last 2 years of industrial research at R&D Merck is focused in designing and developing Pd-based new homogeneous catalysts (mg to multi-gram scale) and various organic ligand for cross-coupling reactions. In addition to the synthesis, I have in-depth knowledge and experience of performing followed by analyzing advance analytical tools (Spectro & micro-scopy) that are being used for the characterization of organic molecules as well as nano/bulk-materials. Further, I have performed application studies with nano/bulk materials in the realm of renewable energy. A hands on experience is gained in electro-catalysis, solar cells device fabrication, Metal-air battery, OLED materials etc. These expertise can be supported by going through my published papers as well.
