Performed analysis on SPAN (Suite of Programs for the Analysis of Networks) to compare the bearing load and flow analysis for nominal and new seal clearances for Intermediate Pressure Compressor (IPC) front seal of Trent 900 engine. Accomplished sensitivity analysis on SPAN for varying percentage of missing liner on Low Pressure Turbine (LPT) rear seal land for Trent engine. Participated in reviewing the Technical Life Review (TLR) of Trent Pack C engine. Performed analysis of Turbine Case Cooling of Trent XWB engine for different flight profiles using SPAN. Carried out sensitivity study for different air system GSM (Gold Standard Model) of Trent 700 engine by varying the seal clearances and the modelling updates executed over time. Referred Rolls Royce published reports on Trent 700 to study the work carried out since last published GSM till date in order to incorporate the changes to the new GSM.
