   1) Currently working on the Battery Energy Storage System project.(2) DCS & PLC logics implementation & automation of jobs & implementation of energy saving projects.(3) Properly managed the PM schedules with daily checklist of field instruments. Developing a calibration standard for Instrumentation department for the various parameters with traceability to standards.(4) Managing installation, erection of equipments according to P&I flow diagram and commissioning of process instruments.Accomplishments-(1) Developed Contractor Field Safety Audit (CFSA) software in php language for Contractor Safety Management (CSM) for recording & analyzing the Barmer CFSA reports on a monthly basis.(2) Developed British Safety Council 5 star Audit software in php language for Gap Analysis & action plan & received the appreciation letter from Head of Plant.(3) OSISoft-PI system commissioning, development of performance calculations & displaying on PI Vision according to the requirements.(4) Successfully managed erection & commissioning of Stacker Reclaimers (2nos) project for Lignite Handling Plant with capacity of 0-800TPH lignite.(5) Implementation of Energy Management System (EMS) & energy meter communication with Schneider Power SCADA.
