Scaler School of Technology is redefining computer science education in India. Designed to be India’s Ivy League for Computer Science Education, the program provides a hands-on, mentor-led, and project-based learning experience to prepare students for top-tier tech careers.As Head of Admissions, I lead the end-to-end admissions strategy, ensuring we attract India’s brightest and most ambitious students into this transformative program. My key focus areas include- Designing a data-driven and transparent admissions strategy to identify high-potential students beyond traditional metrics- Addressing challenges such as prestige bias against BSc degrees and skepticism around new-age education models- Leading student and parent engagement initiatives to build awareness and trust in the program- Innovating new approaches to make the admissions process more intuitive and applicant-friendly- Spearheading structured outreach efforts build long-term trust in the program.
