Responsibilities-Working as a Project Leader and Responsible for execution and timely delivery of complete design activities related to the engineering release of a product & respond for inquiries. It is assigned responsibility for a total project or part of a project within a given product line.Work Profile- Working as a Product Leader of Modular Planetary Section. Solve Client Inquiry & Cost Estimation. Product Selection as per customer’s requirements and applications. Design of special, Custom Built, non- standard planetary /Helical/helical planetary/bevel helical Planetary Gearboxes. Gear design-Geometry & strength ratings calculations using KISSsoft. Shaft design - Strength calculations using KISSsoft, KISSsys. Bearing selection - Life calculations using KISSsys. Gearbox analysis using KISSsys including gears, shafts, bearings & keys. Mechanical & Thermal rating Calculation of Gearbox. Gearbox design - Preparing layout & sectional arrangements for detailed design. 3D modeling & Manufacturing drawings using Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0/Creo2. Preparation of & sectional G.A Drawings for Client’s Requirement. Preparation of Bill of material using SAP as an ERP system. Working closely with Purchase, QC and Manufacturing department to implement company’s objectives. Visit Client site for Gearbox Technical Discussion & Feasibility.
