Spearheading financial planning and analysis global R&D function (June 2021 till date) at Par Formulations Private Limited,ENDO Pharmaceutical group company so as to ensure global R&D project cost tracking, MIS,operating expenses and capex expense budgets and it’s control and variance reporting and overall project commentary based on discussion with Project management team to enable senior management to take appropriate decision relating to each projects.Spearheaded Treasury function (Nov 2019 till May 2021) for Par Formulations Private Limited and also Par group of companies to ensure adequate banking lines through External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) route. Drawing financial plan to support statutory payments, vendor remittances, Project related expenditure payments ( Capex ) and day- to - day business operations. Maintaining regular coordination with internal and external auditors and providing them needed support to accomplish the audit assignments as per schedule. Effectively managing periodic bank reconciliations, all treasury related activities and systems reviews.Securing Insurance coverage of all plant locations, R&D Units, Operating units, Stores and Employees towards Loss on account of Contingencies, Accidents, medical health insurance etc.Implementing cost rationalization /cost control measures across all functional disciplines to maintain overall operational economy. Generating well-formatted MIS reports to meet information needs of the top management.Ensuring timely RBI and regulatory compliance\'s in close coordination with Authorized dealerSupporting Fixed Assets Capitalization of newly set up plant units in close coordination with US team and India team
