   Updating & sending daily MIS report to management.Shift Start with morning meetings along With Production, Quality, HR and maintenance department.Planning of all BOM material for packing,All BOM Material Planning done based on production plan received from PPC,Ordering Shortage materials from vendor for packing.Packing done based on priority materials Packing Done As per daily targets.Co-ordination with production department for priority material production.Follow up doing with quality department for clearing SFG Material for packing & BOM material also.Packing done based on standard BOMOnce packing Done Online FG booking done in SAP HANA,Invoice & Dispatch happen based on priority material received from sales & PPC department.FG reconciliation & stock tally physical VS SAP. Daily follow up for loading & unloading dispatch vehicle.We are dispatching all FG materials to TVS WH only from Plant.Daily Follow-up with PPC for creating FG production orders.Taking Shortages of FG & BOM for completing packing & dispatch Plan.Keeping FG materials in location and reconciliation done weekly and stock adjustment done with plant head approval.Handling of Skilled manpower(60 Man Power) for packing & Dispatch.
