Coordinating the activities of SDP with the vendor (6D Technology) team regarding the critical activity such as Oracle Bounce, Node switchover.• Taking care of the proper sanity post activity for all nodes such as calls, data sessions, CDR generation, processes, active events, dump generation etc.• Resolving and Escalating O&M related issues and ensuring in-time resolution of the same with proper RCA raised by NOC Team regarding tariff and charging system. • Debugging of issues, provide sufficient data (logs, configurations, traces, etc.) to the development team if issues are to be escalated. • Routine health check & sanity checks for proper operation of Comverse IN nodes, products and services. • Monitoring and diagnosis and take proper resolution for the specified node to overcome any criticality from any node • Generation and Analysis of all basic reports of System like Dashboard, BHCA, BHCE.• Monitoring batch jobs of SDP, if job fails, need to execute them again for smooth operation of SDP and subscriber services. • Engage in Troubleshooting and maintenance of Applications and Hardware of IN nodes and Daily Health Check Fault Diagnosis. • Disk space reduction of various nodes-•Working Nokia One NDS portal for to check different location STP/Remote connectivity.•Working Nokia MIS(6D) portal to generate customer report like call,performance,audit,IProute,bit/byte data performance,datatransmion audit report etc.•Resolving escalations from various other teams on charging related.•Working with BHCC portal to check monitor & connectivity for other circle IN services.•Working and perform operation IN QPM(Quarterly Preventive maintenance) & CM as per quarterly basis.•Working Nokia PMS (Performance monitoring services) tool for STP signalling and IP.•Working Nokia Webtac tool for docket management for engineer side and customer side ticketing within SLA.•Working Nokia WebMT,ILO gui for monitoring core site hardware like OA (Online Administrator), Enclosure, Switches.
