In this role, I ensure seamless execution of shipment-related workflows, drive process optimization, and coordinate extensively with cross-functional and external stakeholders including EY, Accenture, DC Operations, and internal Microsoft teams. I also manage external communications to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement across global operations.Additionally, I have worked as a Project Lead for Microsoft’s Government e-Marketplace (GeM) initiative, owning the engagement end-to-end. I act as the License Allocation Authority, responsible for approving or denying license distribution, conducting rigorous data validation and due diligence, ensuring compliance with government norms, and managing complete execution with strict adherence to regulatory and documentation requirements.My experience in Internal Audit includes managing and executing multiple audit engagements across sectors. I conducted a comprehensive physical inventory audit for Vedanta Aluminium Ltd.(Jharsuguda), collaborating with finance, stores, and IT teams to reconcile physical stock with SAP records, reviewing RGP/NRGP ageing, and identifying control gaps to improve inventory management practices. I have also worked on Thermal Power Plant and DISCOM (Distribution Company) audits, performing detailed physical inspections, operational assessments, and compliance checks. This includes surprise (mystery) audits, physical verification of assets, RCM preparation, service utilization assessment, and direct client reporting supported by strong data analysis and presentation skills.I am backed by strong credentials in ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 42001:2024 (AI), ITGC, and risk & control frameworks (RCM), along with a Project Management certification and deep knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, SMART goals, OKRs, and cost–benefit analysis.
