Joined during pre-start up stage of the Company & has been a key member of the core team that was instrumental for the phenominal growth of the Company that has changed the DNA of film distribution, exhibition in India ushering Digital revolution. Have successfully handled fund raising from global level VC / early stage PE in the formative years of the company and also the fund raise from reputed PE to provide growth capital to the Group during secound round of fund raise in 2011Was responsible for the upgradation of debt funding profile of the company & from promoter backed fund raising in early years now the Group is raising debt funding from the top two private sector Indian banks on the strength of its own balance sheet.Over past several years have successfully groomed team of professionals with minimal churn, to take on the growing responsibilities of this fast growing group and have developed leaders across differnt areas of specialisations such as Investor reporting, accounting system development & billing automation, core accounting, direct and indirect tax and other statutory compliances, internal audit, statutory audit closure which is being conducted by a Big4 Audit firm.Have played key role as part of tagert team resposnible for integration of acquisition of two domestic companies and have successfully handled their effective integration with UFO culture and operations with minimal resistance from their existing teams.Have been involved in the overseas structuring of the business operations and setting up of overseas subsidiaries in a tax efficient environment.
