Working with Ultimate Flexipack Limited (Uflex Group Company) as Finance & Accounts Head @ AGM - F&A level and responsible for their Haridwar Plant No. I, II, for overall accounting & commercial functions, MIS, GST, Payable & Receivable, Capex, audit with a team of 9 personnel.Getting involved in registration and detailed working for Central level and State level Capital & Other Incentive and Subsidy Program and liasoing with Govt. Officials.Framing of SOPs and Processes and implementation of the same in all the Plant of Haridwar as well as getting it implemented at other Plant too.Close coordination with Purchase team on selection of suppliers and ensuring selection is done after proper cost and quality comparison exercise.Ensuring Suppliers Invoices verification & booking and timely payment as per agreed terms.Closing of all Plant books on monthly basis, reviewing and finalizing monthly Plant Trial Balance for Consolidation and monthly Reports. Developed many periodic reports/MIS for various type of analysis / decision taking at Plant level.Ensuring Compliances are done by respective department / team on or before time and supporting them as and when required.Supporting Noida Corporate Team in preparation and consolidation of PAN India level MIS/Reports. Also supporting them in Finalization of Balance Sheet as a Core Corporate team member.
