About Ashish Saxena

I am building Innergise. It is an attempt to create a more meaningful way of learning — one shaped by experience and reflection, where what people go through creates a shift. This has been a conscious career choice. I’ve spent decades in business and entrepreneurial roles, working closely with customers, teams, people, and leadership. That experience continues to shape how I approach facilitation today — grounded in real-world contexts and how people actually think, behave, and work. I am a practitioner who runs a business.Innergise is where this comes together — as a practice in life and leadership skills, through experiential learning. The real challenge in learning is transfer into insight and application. Experiential learning is how we address this. Through facilitation, structured reflection and carefully designed journeys (often outdoors, sometimes indoors), we create spaces where individuals and teams - experience something real- pause and reflect- make sense of it- and carry that forward into their work and livesOur work sits within Learning & Development, but we approach it differently. We work with two distinct segments- Corporate organisations — partnering with HR leaders, CHROs, L&D teams, & business leaders- Colleges and academic institutions — working with faculty, deans, & leadership teamsWe work across areas such as leadership development, team alignment, bonding within teams, and culture building, along with common organisational needs like first-time managers, high-potential development, and cross-functional collaboration. In college settings, our work focuses on employability behaviours, corporate readiness, and credit courses, helping students transition into the workplace.Across these contexts, learning focuses on interpersonal skills, communication, collaboration, self-awareness, and leadership. Each journey and intervention is customised and designed based on context. This is my journey and work — to create, over time, an institution to learn life and leadership skills. In a world increasingly shaped by AI, tech evolution, and changing roles, the need for human skills — how we think, relate, communicate, and lead — becomes even more critical. These are developed through experience, reflection, & application.Innergise is a step in that direction. If you’re exploring how experiential learning can support learning needs of your organisation or college, or complement your existing interventions — so it becomes something people truly experience & apply - I’m open to a conversation.
