From Nov 20••••20 to till date Coordination of all external and internal audits for Quality function including ISO 9001 certification and surveillance audits.Coordination and management of different EPC partners for effective implementation of quality policy of the company and QMS systems at site.Review & Prepare of MQPs & FQAPs to maintain the quality standards of the organizations.Lead trainings in building the quality culture / enhancing Quality transparency by designing quality modules for increased awareness and implementation of Critical to Quality at sites.Material Inspection for material received at site which is as per the tender specifications, field quality plans and IS standards and Introduction of new construction materials optimizing the time and cost of projectMaintaining standard procedures (SOPs), checklist and formats for different activities as per field quality plan.Setting up field quality lab for the daily testing as per the tender specifications and field quality plan.Lead & Implement operational control (Foundation, Erection Stringing), at infra projectsPreparing Weekly and Monthly Quality Reports for management reviews and reporting.•Previous Projects 1.Lead Quality- Khargone Transmission Limited- Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning of 310Kms of 765 KV transmission line and 2 Nos of 765 KV Bay extension at Dhule Substation & 765/400KV Pooling substation at Khandwa i.e. Madhya Pradesh and Maharastra. Lead Quality: GEC: Lakadia-Vadadora Transmission Limited: Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning of 330 Kms of 765kV transmission line and 1 Nos of 765 KV Bay extension at lakadia & Vadodara end respectively in the state of Gujrat.
