Handling activities related Laboratory, Quenching System Mechanical Testing related Job as per IS0/IEC Specification. Maintaining record related to Production, Audits & Quality control plan. Making Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) against non-conformity. Maintain Billet stock and final product stock and WIP Stock Coordinating with dispatch and party. Doing Job and Manpower planning to complete job on scheduled time. Grade wise and Heat wise analysis. Manage and control the overall functioning of the Quality control departmen.
