Throughout my tenure, my responsibility has been to manufacture niche semiconducting compounds being used in High Tension Cables; lead all aspects of manufacturing engineering from design review, manufacturing process planning, equipment conceptual design, selection of equipment, installation & prove out to capacity with robust safety & quality systems. Further, my emphasis has always been on leveraging understanding of advanced manufacturing techniques, quality control, quality assurance and ergonomics aspects of manufacturing. Contribute to new facility management and launch readiness of new plant and expansion of existing plant with Plant Engineering Team. Set KPI for an upcoming new project for various functions of plant. Head entire plant team involvement in new product and process development process through workplace integration to reduce current losses of plant and implement best practices, resolve problems, and sustain consistent performance to objectives.Meanwhile, roles required me to foster continuous improvements in all aspects of the business; identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives including the capital, daily operations, and organizational structure.Moreover, I steer change initiatives and reducing costs through the process & consumable optimization. Interpret complex business challenges and recommending best practices to improve products, processes, or services.In addition, I honed leadership skills and build & spearhead a team of talent with a solution-oriented mindset, and develop people to meet their goals.
