Ashish Khurana Ashish is a Senior Executive at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services firm. He is part of the company’s management think tank of the Consumer business unit. With that role, he is responsible for extracting business value for Retailers across the Americas from their technology investments along with advising enterprises for future investment strategies. In addition, Ashish spends significant time in mentoring and grooming the next generation talent of the company. Amidst other accolades, Ashish has received the 2020-22 Hall of Fame Award awarded by TCS management. He is particularly noted for disruptive and out-of-box thinking. Ashish has been a key member of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over 23 years and began his career in Chennai, India, working on an ERP project for Lucas TVS, a leading automotive parts manufacturer. After two years, Ashish was appointed to lead technology integration for Philips Semiconductor across its global operations. Following this success, he played a pivotal role in TCS\'s expansion into Europe around 20••••05, contributing significantly to the firm\'s partnerships with numerous prestigious Europe based clients as part of the GLOCAL strategy.As a key member of the core management team, Ashish was responsible for driving brand launch, brand recognition, expansion, and recall, while ensuring the regional P&L remained consistently positive. His initial focus on the Benelux region extended to successful expansions into Central Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Nordics. Ashish also spent over four years in Helsinki, Finland, where he supported Nokia’s record growth in Asia and facilitated its merger with Siemens.After working in Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, and Telecom, Ashish relocated to the U.S. in 2010 to focus on the Retail industry, where he has been a significant contributor ever since. Originally from Delhi, India—a city renowned for its resourceful and adaptable innovation—Ashish attributes his nonlinear thinking to his Delhi upbringing. He is a strong advocate for mentoring and dedicates substantial time to guiding and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
