As an HR Manager, I oversee the recruitment process, conduct job interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations is also my responsibility. I handle employee relations issues, such as grievances, complaints, and conflicts, and facilitate communication between employees and management. Managing employee benefits programs like health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks is also part of my job. I develop and implement performance management programs to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. Additionally, I design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Administering payroll and compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, is also part of my job. Providing administrative support functions, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies, is another important responsibility. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, I prepare reports and presentations related to HR and administrative functions. I also gather employee feedback for the management team and organize town hall meetings every quarter and seasonal events to improve the morale and well-being of our employees.
