Key responsibilities included: Research project scoping, response to and support RFP, requirements freezing with stakeholders and research sponsors. Research project planning, resource planning, project roll-out co-managing the projects. Responsible for building research methodology, conduct secondary research and analysis, develop key research insights and recommendations, and develop client-ready decks and presentations. Collaborate and work with junior researchers and QA on the ongoing research projects and help build client-ready research deliverables. Work closely with the business executives and assist in building a research agenda basis the business needs of the firm.
