My day to day responsibilities includes administrative support for internal communications and assist with administrative coordination for visits to multiple field locations, facilitate and lead working sessions to build Job Competency Profiles for various business areas, compile and effectively analyze data from within the Competency software in order to support initiatives for employee performance and development, development and measurement of performance metrics and KPIs for the Plains Operations Management System and incorporating blended learning strategies and instructional methodologies into training program design. I also participate in the budget preparation process to provide input for monetary resources to conduct employee development activities and ensure proper tracking and data management of all training activities, related expenses and subsequent effectiveness of the employee development program. As a Senior Human Resource professional, I also handle Succession planning for developing internal shop floor team, promotions, Salary review and Salary & Wage Administration P.F, Gratuity. Statutory returns under various acts and canteen Administration, Administration of sports & Cultural events.I hold multifaceted responsibilities like Salary negotiation and talent acquisition with induction and orientation for middle management, attendance muster, salary distribution, PF challan, agreement renewal, organization and coordination of the safety meetings, internal and Statutory audits, Customer audits, ISO Audit, medical & health check up camps and investigation of accidents & review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.
