1.Process planning for complete vehicle assembly (Trim, Chassis, Final and EOL). Manufacturing feasibility study and provide feedback to R&D (DFA/DFM). Designing plant layout (line layout and station layout) and futuristic layout. Study of warranty or field failure issue and troubleshooting it. Technical discussion with supplier, assessment, selection and defining scope of supply. Planning of Tightening tools like Pneumatic tools, Torque control tools and Electronic tools. Work out on takt time, cycle time, line balancing and station wise work distribution. Resource planning (Fixture, tightening tools, lifting arrangement, work force, material handling) for TCF operations.9. Working on MES and digital manufacturing implementation across the FML and JHI plants
