To ensure adequate banking facilities as per business plan.To develop and manage relationship with various banks, financial institutions & Credit Rating Agencies.To manage and execute necessary documentation for the working capital, term loan and other banking facilities.To evaluate & drive implementation of various technology driven banking products and platforms to improve processes, built in controls and increase efficiency.To ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and providing necessary support to Banks in completion of their credit appraisal.To ensure smooth functioning of banking facilities and resolve any banking related operational issues. To analyse and negotiate with banks on interest rates, commission, fees and charges for banking services.To analyse banking relationship, overall engagement and bank accounts at periodic interval.
