I have been working as a Marketing Co-coordinator/Consultant for Changle Reality. Our Project was a 11.5 acres layout in Mandavane gaon, Karjat. I am the Marketing strategist for the Branding and Marketing campaign. A second homes and plotting scheme based on Thai Balinese architecture is the concept. I am responsible for Marketing and Branding strategy of the entire project. We have completed our marketing research both (Consumer and Competition). At the moment the Master plan is waiting for Government approval.Key USP after research that will be added:• Yoga and wellness center• Wider roads• Transplant Lush Trees and flowers: Fig, Jackfruit, Indonesian ginger, Jamun• Restaurant and Event theater (Outdoor and Indoor)
