I am a seasoned professional having hands-on experience in various finance functions in NBFCs with specialisation in planning, strategy, controlling, risk management, reporting, compliances, cost optimization, equity / debt raising and stakeholders relationship managementOn fund raising side, I have closely worked with Private Equity Players and got the successful listing of the Company. On debt side, I have worked on larget set of financial instruments ranging from vanilla Term Loans / Cash Credit/ WCDL/ Debentures/ Bonds/ Commercial Papers to structured products like Securitisation, Direct Assignment, Subordinate Debt, Perpetual Debt, ECBs, Credit Enhanced Bonds and Redeemable/ Convertible preference shares.
