Handling APAC and EMEA payrolls and having knowledge of end-to-end payroll process. Having knowledge of input, output and maintaining employee’s data. Hands on working experience with monthly, semi- monthly payrolls. Reconciliation and evaluation of the output reports to make sure all input have been processed as per the guidelines. Handing input such as new hires, termination, untaken leaves, overtime, commission, holiday bonus, yearly bonus etc. Creation of Bank file and GL report for further submission. Provision of Tax and Social Security reports for submission to the different payroll entity owners.
