I am currently functioning as VPO (Global Business Excellence Program of AB-InBev) Leader for BU ISEA. I am responsible for VPO implementation in India & South East Asia Breweries to bring sustainable improvements in operations. My current responsibility includes\\\\n1. Develop and align business strategies to achieve business objectives (Short term and Long Term) using VPO. This includes risk assessment, identifying opportunities and developing mitigation plan (1YP-5YP).\\\\n2. Cascade BU strategies to Breweries and operational teams, implement integrated review system so that any risks to the business can be identified and actions are taken well in advance.\\\\n3. Building Business Excellence Team for BU - ISEA to meet company\'s future growth plan.\\\\n4. Stakeholder Management that includes Global, Zone & BU Leadership Team, Plant Managers and VPO implementation teams.\\\\n5. Audit, Guide, Check & Coach the operational teams on VPO tools and ensure sustainable business results.\\\\n6. Design and Deliver various certification programs to build operational team capabilities that delivers sustainable performances in ever changing business environment.\\\\n7. Facilitator to Business Leadership Team to open performance gaps, identify root cause and actions to close the gaps.\\\\n8. Introduce new technologies to bring in agility in operation and improved efficiencies.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
