   2022: I lead the Facebook Reels Recommendations organization (~70 engineers) responsible for the ranking of Reels (Short Form Videos) on Facebook App. We are responsible for the relevance of Reels for consumers as well as growing the creator ecosystem and meaningfully improving how billions of users use Facebook App. 20••••21: Lead machine learning teams working to build world class recommendation and search experiences across Facebook Commerce Initiatives: Marketplace Search, Facebook Shops recommendations, Jobs on Facebook recommendations, improving experience for the 1 Billion users that use these products every month. Grew 0->1 products. Led recommendation strategies for relevance, cold start, etc. Advancements in search tech. We\'re working on state of the art ML (deep learning, NLP, CV, multimodal learning, large scale models, multi objective optimization, reinforcement learning, multi stage optimization) coupled with product innovation to solve complex problems across ranking, targeting, triggering to provide the best experience for our users. I also lead several company wide initiatives such as coordinator for company\'s ML Forum, company level mentorship programs.
