In my current role as Senior Manager, I lead the end-to-end operations and client engagement for a strategic account supporting one of India’s top private sector banks. I am directly responsible for managing revenue and gross margin (GM) performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple premium lines of business, including NRI services.Key Responsibilities:Revenue & GM Ownership: Strategically forecast, plan, and execute initiatives to achieve revenue targets and improve account profitability through cost optimization and performance improvements.Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring consistent alignment with business goals and maintaining high satisfaction levels.Operational Excellence: Drive performance by monitoring 10+ key metrics related to Revenue & Profitability (RnP), and consistently exceed KPIs, including SL, NPS, and repeat call rates.Process Optimization: Implement data-driven strategies to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance customer experience while ensuring compliance with internal and client standards.People Management: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high engagement. Mentor and develop team leaders and front-line managers to build future-ready talent.Quality & Risk Control: Conduct system audits, resolve performance gaps, and maintain stringent quality assurance protocols to mitigate operational risk and ensure compliance.My role blends strategic planning, strong analytical acumen, and relationship management, with a clear focus on driving efficiency, client value, and sustainable business growth.
